Welcome to Manchester Corporate Travel. By accessing or using our website, booking system, or any of our chauffeur services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Manchester Corporate Travel.
- “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any person, group, or business using our website or booking our services.
- “Services” means all transportation and chauffeur solutions offered by Manchester Corporate Travel.
Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or by phone.
- You are responsible for providing accurate details such as pick-up location, destination, date, time, and passenger information.
- Confirmation of a booking will be sent via email or text message once payment or deposit (if applicable) is received.
- The Company reserves the right to decline any booking request without explanation.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made using major credit/debit cards or other accepted payment methods listed on our website.
- Full payment is usually required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Corporate accounts or regular clients may be offered monthly billing upon approval.
- Prices quoted are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges (such as waiting time, parking, or tolls) may apply.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur up to 100% of the booking cost.
- No-shows (failure to appear at the scheduled pick-up location) will be charged in full.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Waiting Time and Delays
- Our chauffeurs monitor flight and traffic conditions to ensure timely pick-ups.
- Complimentary waiting time:
Airports: 45 minutes after the flight has landed.
Other locations: 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
- After the complimentary waiting period, an additional charge will apply per 15-minute increment.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Vehicle and Service Policy
- The vehicle type provided will match your booking request as closely as possible.
- We ensure all vehicles are maintained to high safety and cleanliness standards.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- The chauffeur has the right to refuse transport to any passenger behaving in an unsafe, abusive, or unlawful manner.
Luggage and Personal Belongings
- Each passenger is permitted a standard luggage allowance (one suitcase and one small carry-on).
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you will carry excess luggage or special items.
- Manchester Corporate Travel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Child Seats and Accessibility
- Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the correct child seat type is selected.
- We strive to accommodate passengers with mobility needs—please notify us in advance for any special arrangements.
Conduct and Responsibilities
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles.
- Any damage caused by a passenger will be charged to the client responsible for the booking.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they comply with airport regulations and check-in times.
Liability
- Manchester Corporate Travel will take all reasonable measures to deliver reliable and safe service.
- However, we will not be held liable for losses arising from delays, missed flights, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
- Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with GDPR and UK Data Protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and process your information.
Amendments
Manchester Corporate Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
